It seems that they have become a staple and beloved dish among the locals. I had the opportunity to try it for the very first time just last week. Oh my God, it was an astonishing culinary experience! What an incredibly delicious dish it turned out to be! The rice cakes themselves had a perfect texture, chewy yet not overly so, and the red chili sauce was simply divine. Both elements combined to create a flavor explosion in my mouth. JUMMM. I sincerely wish I knew precisely how to make the noodle sauce as hot and flavorful as the ones I tasted. It's no wonder you Koreans have such a deep affection for this wonderful dish!!!!
